Payment  - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover using our secure checkout cart.   You may also checkout through PayPal (account is not required) or Google Checkout.  Our checkout cart is secured by DigiCert.  Special Note:  Your credit card statement may reflect a charge by Oak Ave E-Com.

Sales Tax - Sales Tax on the amount of your purchase will be charged to all residents of the State of Florida at the rate of 6% and will be added to your total at checkout.  Sales Tax is in addition to shipping but shipping is not taxable.

Shipping - Once payment notification is received and verified, your order will be processed.  You will be notified when your purchase has shipped, and a tracking number will be provided.  Shipping is by UPS and your purchase will be shipped directly from the distributor.   UPS Ground is the only option available for shipping. We make every effort to see that your purchase is shipped in a timely manner.  If for some reason goods are on back order you will receive an e-mail on expected ship date or a refund will be given. Special Note:  At this time, Twilight Fashion Bedding ships only within the United States and to Canada.

Returns & Refunds - All sales are considered final unless buyer contacts Twilight Fashion Bedding within 7 days of receipt of purchase.  We are certain you will be satisfied with your purchase but realize sometimes goods are damaged in transit or are not a good fit and must be returned.  If you wish to return your purchase contact Twilight Fashion Bedding for return instructions.  Refunds will be made by method of purchase for the cost of of your purchase only.   Shipping and handling are non-refundable.  Restocking Fee may apply.  Please note:  No refunds will be given after 30 days of shipment for any reason.  Please do not return bedding you have used and/or washed as refunds will not be honored.  For any "Free Shipping" items that are returned,  you will be responsible for the actual shipping costs of the product to you. Your refund will be for all but what it cost us to ship it to you and any applicable restock fee.  Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are not reimbursed.

Special Return and Refund Terms for LeVele, Arya and Dolce Mela Duvet Sets

 - We offer one time item exchange with no extra charges other than the your return shipping costs, unless it is a result of our error.

We accept returns with NO RESTOCKING FEE within 3 days of delivery. You must contact us by phone or email within 3 business days of the delivery date to obtain a return authorization (RA) in order for us to accept the return.

- Beyond the 3 day “NO RESTOCKING FEE” window, we accept returns for up to 30 days from the delivery date for a 20% restocking fee.

 - All returns must be in the manufacturer’s original box, in unused, unwashed  condition and must have an RA number marked on the return package, before we can accept them.

- All returns, order cancelations and refusals of delivery are subject to the actual shipping costs of the return.

- Once we receive the return we will credit your account within 7 business days.

Privacy Policy

We respect each site visitor's right to personal privacy.  To that end, we collect and use information throughout our site only as disclosed here.  This statement applies solely to the Twilight Fashion Bedding website.

    The information we collect is:

        * used to notify visitors about updates to our web site,
        * used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes,
        * never shared with other organizations.

    This site does not collect cookies.

    Registration is not required to enter our site but is appreciated.

    We do have an order form.  The order form requires:
 
        * contact information, ie. name, email and shipping address, and 

        * certain financial information such as credit card number and expiration date.

    This information is used in order processing and in contacting  our customer with information as to that order.

    We do, from time to time, publish a newsletter but never sell or share our customers' email addresses.

    We do not operate online surveys.

    If there are changes to this privacy policy they will be posted here.

    Conflict Resolution - Twilight Fashion Bedding is committed to your complete satisfaction but realizes from time to time, problems will occur.  We make every effort to resolve problems within 24-48 hours.  If our customers have a problem they may contact us by:
